We will send out your item within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted in the checkout page. Domestic shipping takes 2-3 business days from when the item is shipped from us. International shipping varies depending on customs but customers will be provided with tracking information. All items shipped withing New York will include sales tax, as it is required by New York State law. We do our best to offer low shipping costs in both domestic and international shipping. To cancel an order, please notify From the Road by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the order postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt for a store credit excluding the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a reliable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed. To begin the process, please email us with your item number for additional shipping instructions. All sale and vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned.
